Good lookin' fam! 

My name is Debbie. I'm a mama, just like you. I teach mamas how to get unstuck.  I also make art and produce a podcast. I'm obsessed with leopard print and bold lipstick because it makes me feel like a mother f*ng bad ass! 

5 years ago I was busy, overwhelmed, and stuck in the cycle of disappointing myself. I put everyone and everything first:  my job, my kids, my husband, the carpool, the meals, the dog, the volunteering. I had totally lost my identity.  I forgot how to have fun, how to play,  how to LOL, how to create. 

Then, I started to Un F*myself.  Now I have an art practice, a podcast, a Pussy Quilt, an IGTV show, projects I never imagined.  It's a technique that continues to evolve.  I reap so many benefits from this practice that I need to share it with you. I create my life’s purpose and laugh and play so much more. I’m unstoppable.
